English In NY - Account policy You may access different levels of some of our services by signing up for an English In NY Account and providing us with some personal information. To create our most basic account you are required to provide the following contact information: name and email address. Other accounts require more detailed information that you provide at your sole discretion, such as the aforementioned in addition to a username and password that is known only to you. Credit card and other financial information are not housed with us as we use financial intermediaries who will process your payments to us. We do not, and at this point in time, will not bill you directly for anything, and we will not be housing any financial information. When you create an account on English In NY.com, information that you provide and create such as your username will be available to other users, for example should you wish to make a post of some kind.
We do not Rent or Sell your Email and other PII (see bottom for PII meaning) English In NY is not in the business of renting or selling your personal information to non-affiliated companies or third parties. In the event we share your information, such information is limited to your email and, or name with third party companies that may have products or services of interest to you, and with our own directly owned and affiliated companies.
Access to Personal Information Our site gives you the opportunity to modify or remove personal information that you have provided to us. You may do so by modifying your password-protected user information.

Electronic newsletters policy We will offer a free email “tip of the day” to newsletter users who sign up for the mailing list. English In NY.com gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe.
